Panasonic takes 1 camera, puts in 2 lenses, gets 3D footage
This crazy-looking video camera looks the way it does for a reason: it's designed to shoot 3D footage in full HD. While most 3D video recording systems require you to set up two cameras close to each other, this bad boy puts them both in the same machine.
It works by recording two separate video tracks onto a proprietary P2 flash memory system. You'll them combine those into one piece of footage for display on 3D screens. Right now it's still a concept, but it should come out in some form eventually for a ludicrous amount of money. Get excited!
